We had a very disappointing experience with Madison Glass Co. They told us they had ordered our tempered glass, but after waiting two weeks with no updates, I called to check on the status—only to find out the order was never even placed. They also claimed they had double checked the width of our door, which they had not. Wow, these guys were truly impressive! I was in need of a piece of glass to be a table top for a project I was working on. The measurements weren't standard. I called and ordered it and they said they would have it finished by the next day or early the following week. I received a call back within a couple of hours and it was ready for pick up. I got there to pick it up and they were very friendly and helped us secure it in the car. The price was reasonable and the piece of glass was perfect!
Excellent experience
Closed on a house, windows needed glass replacement. Previous owner paid for windows but didn’t pay to get glass replaced, Madison Glass Co came out and did it after hearing about the situation. Very reasonable and Chris was great! Will use again!
They were so kind and completed a small project I asked for (which wasn’t a common job for them) very quickly! I’m so grateful I stopped in!
