Had a special request question that didn't necessarily require service, and Tony (if I remember correctly) was eager to help me solve the problem. I built a computer from parts and ended up with a hardware issue. I took it into the shop and they diagnosed the faulty part, and were open to communicating with me throughout the process. Ultimately I decided to retrieve the computer and install a replacement motherboard myself. They were understanding and had the computer put together and ready to pick up between the time I made the call to when I showed up at the shop twenty minutes later.
