I've lived in the studio and 1 bed units - the Floorplans are spacious and well thought out. Pros: location, rent price, free parking, pet friendly (with dog area), controlled access lobby/package delivery, responsive management & friendly maintenance, only 27 units so private and quiet. The real real: can be difficult to control climate in unit due to way structure was built so electric bill can be above average for sq footage. I have been living here for a little over a year and have enjoyed it. Perfect location, close to everything. I recommend living here.
First off, let me say that I LOVED my apartment. I would rave about it to friends and family. I loved the location. My dog and I were very happy here....until I had to move out. That is when Knapp Properties showed their true colors. I had informed the company of my move-out date, and due to a technicality on my rental agreement I had to pay for a full month that I was not living there.
