Dr. Heim is great with kids. I had my three sons (ages 3, 4 and 6) in for cleanings (all at the same time!). Lindsey did a great job engaging them and making them feel comfortable. It was also nice that they had PBS playing on the TV for them to watch from the chair while the other two got their teeth cleaned. All three boys were thrilled to get a toothbrush, flossies, toothpaste, and a token for the bouncy ball machine at the end of their visit.
When I moved to Madison 3 years ago from IL, one of my biggest concerns was finding a dentist to replace the awesome one I had there. The first find here failed miserably but when I happened on Dr. Veerman and her hygienist, Marcia, I knew I was going to be in great hands again. They have exceeded my expectations. Dr. Wirtz is a fantastic dentist -- very thorough and professional. The staff at MFD are wonderful as well.
Everyone there genuinely cares. It makes for a great dental experience.
I've been a patient of Madison Family Dental Associates since 2004, and I'm very satisfied with the service. Dr. Challenger is one of the best dentist I ever seen. And Doris is wonderful hygienist. They are doing great job. All staff of the clinic is very friendly and professional. It is hard to believe but I always have great time whenever I have an appointment with my dentist.
