Was calling to get established, the woman who answered was extremely rude from the beginning. She was cutting me off when I was explaining what I was calling for and went silent after I gave her my member ID. She offered me one appointment for the 17th of Jan exam only at 10:45. No cleaning or care available until August. I work and I said I would be unable to do that appt due to timing and I asked if she had anything else. My husband went there it just because they accept new pt with Medicaid. The place is dirty and smell bad, the filling is poorly done it fell off not even a month. They don't do dental hygiene cleaning there. I'm not sure if he should go back there again for refilling at this point.
