This was my first visit to this office. Very professional staff. Presented and reviewed my immediate dental plan and procedures necessary. Am looking forward to my 9/1 appointment.
Dr. Burgess' office always a pleasure to visit. The entire staff and Techs are wonderful.
With my fear of dental work, the staff was PHENOMENAL with me and patient....very positive experience....so glad I met them! Found my lifetime dentist!

Everything was great. Only wish that I could get appointments sooner than three months out when I need work done. Other than that, staff and dentist were friendly and knowledgable and answered all of my questions.
I would recommend Dr. Burgess because he's very capable and friendly. I have only been to see him twice but was very pleases that I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen.
When my son and I went to Madison Dental Care, we were greeted by name the moment we walked in. I have never had that happen at any sort of medical office. I was very impressed. My son is going to have to have a lot of dental work done due to damage from cancer treatments, and this work was explained to us in detail. The staff was so informative and so understanding, and Dr. Burgess was absolutely wonderful.
