The staff at Madison Dental Care have been so warm and welcoming. They are thorough and explain everything clearly so that I understand what is going on with my dental health. I love that everyone there treats you like they have known you forever. It makes coming a lot less stressful when you feel like you are in the hands of someone who cares.
I first went to Madison Dental because it was recommended to me by a family member. When I first arrived for my first appointment, they made me feel welcome and well cared for. I have stayed with Madison Dental ever since because they are so friendly, efficient, and really put their patients at the center of their practice. They have earned my trust and my loyalty.
Went with my wife as a new patient (with lots of dentist anxiety). They got her in the next day and they were extremely friendly and really made her feel comfortable and less anxious. I was also very happy with the level of detail they had shown. Very happy to be a new patient at this dental office.
Dr. Burgess and the full staff is always courtesy and very helpful in doing their jobs to take care of my dental needs. Even with the tough job of fixing other dentist bad work, Dr. Burgess works hard to fix the problems and make sure they do re-occur.
My overall first visit to Madison Dental Care was definitely graded as an A+. It was probably the best dental care I feel I have received in my life. The staff really seemed to be knowledgable and informative as to every aspect of my dental care and answered any questions I had. Thank you for the great experience and hopefully many more.
From the moment you step into the offices you are met by warm friendly staff. Love my Hygenist Kelley and of course Dr B.
Best dentist office around! I have had a fear of the dentist since I can remember. Dr. Burgess staff are the best around, they make sure the patients are comfortable, and that you get the best dental care possible. My family and I have been going to see Dr. Burgess for the past 5 years. We would never dream of going anywhere else!
