Outstanding dental care that is provided by a caring and experienced Doctor and a knowledgeable and skilled professional staff. All in one place.
Greeted by name, sent back quickly to get my occlusional guard (apparently I am a grinder) adjusted. The technician quickly identified where the adjustments need to made, made the adjustments, and had me try out the guard to check the fit.
I was early and the check-in process was quick and easy. She was very friendly. My hygienist was able to see me earlier than my appointment time. She did a great job with the cleaning, very good at explaining and was not too hard with the floss or the cleaning. After that I wait for less than 5 mins after my cleaning and saw Dr. Burgess, as always very respecful, friendly, and took time to explain in detail his thoughts of my X-ray and further recommendations. The service is good all the time when I'm there
Not only is everyone at your office extremely competent, but they are the most friendly professional group that I have ever encountered. I give the practice an A+ for competence and congeniality. Thank you, one and all (or y'all in the local parlance).
As with every visit: very nice facility and great staff from entering until exciting.
I really like Madison Dental care but I was somewhat disappointed on my last visit. I have expressly asked to see only Dr. Burgess and Michelle as my hygienist. However, on my last visit this was not the case. It's happened twice now. I don't expect it to happen again. I was kind about it but very disappointed.
