Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

I was very disappointed with the dentist in this practice. He caused me great pain during multiple injections. On one occasion, he did not even succeed in getting me numb, so I wasted over an hour at the dentist, suffered the pain from multiple injections, only to leave without the problem fixed and had to make another appointment. I am never able to get in quickly. I had to wait 10 days for the last toothache. The dentist was inconsiderate of my TMJ issue. No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider's office clean?
