The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. Always has her mask on below her nose. Couldn’t find my X-rays when I had to get someone else to find them after she told me there’s no X-rays on file for me. The dentist is also rude. I didn’t even know he was the dentist because he didn’t introduce himself, didn’t speak to me, only spoke to the dental hygienist. The dental hygienist was awesome and very nice. To start off the receptionist "a women" that was there on 11-25-19 was a TOTAL BITCH!! excuse my language. She was very rude from the start. You know them girls that think they are perfect or there shit dont stink. The guy that use to be at the front desk was very plesent. Owner at Madison Dental you are a very good dentist. All my kids go to you. But if you want to keep my business you need to get RID of her. She has no customer service skills or know how to talk to or respect ur clients.
