We had a mixed experience with Brooke. She's fun and while you're talking to her, super helpful. As we went and saw houses she helpfully pointed out some differed maintenance and helped us see homes objectively. Brooke and her assistant did struggle with consistent communication, sometimes missing houses we had asked to see and going a long time without updating us.
