Very few professionals would I spend the time to write a review for. When you work with someone that is so good, you just have to. Brooke has been my buying and selling agent on several property since I relocated to Colorado in 2014. An agent who can read your situation and present you the best options is worth there weight in gold. This is an unsilisited review. How often do you do that?

Working with Brooke and her team to sell our home was an amazing experience. Hands down professional, filled with expert advice, easy to work with, quick with communication, answered all of our detailed questions and had great resources to help the process move along with no issues. We decided to go on the road while the house was being sold, making things more interesting. We had a mixed experience with Brooke. She's fun and while you're talking to her, super helpful. As we went and saw houses she helpfully pointed out some differed maintenance and helped us see homes objectively. Brooke and her assistant did struggle with consistent communication, sometimes missing houses we had asked to see and going a long time without updating us. Brooke is THE MOST amazing realtor ever. Her listening skills are superior. She found me the condo I wanted and when I sold it 5 years later, she found me a buyer in two days. I highly recommend her!
