Madison This has been my impression of Madison of Clermont. Upon our first contact with the personnel of this apartment complex we felt right at home, the office staff has been outstanding! My wife and I have been residents at Madison Clermont for the past five years and it has been just wonderful. Our first apartment here was absolutely beautiful and such a view! We then moved over to a 2/2 and it was freshly refurbished and very nice, it had TWO master suites! We now are back in a 3/2 and these are a good size with updated... read more

Apparently the rent... (Verified Renter) Apparently the rent is increasing every year. I have spoken to a few older residents who said that they are applying for rent controlled apartments. They and I can not afford yearly increases.Our Social Security is not increasing!
