The office manager who runs the park is horrible with communication. She notifies late consistently on issues with the water being shut off to the park. Then gives out misinformation stating that the issue is fixed just for the water company to reduce flow to the park days later to finish fixing the issue causing the water to be turned off in the first place. Causing some homes to lose water again. She rarely answers the office phone as well in regards to anything else.

This place is a run down mobile home park that is in terrible shape. For what they charge vs what they provide for people living there consider every possible option before you consider this as one. There are a lot of old junk trailers everywhere and they do NOT take care of things. Drive through and take a look around. Be careful you don't tear your vehicle up with the absolutely terrible condition of the streets. The park manager should have been let go long ago and does nothing to help improve things.
