Back Pain Gone! – I love Dr. Ted, he does nothing but perform miracles, my back pain has been getting progressivley worse the longer I have worked in an office and sat a chair all day. Lake Union Wellness understands posture and spinal health to extent to wear they were able to get mine back in shape and feel healthy again.

Top Notch Chiropractic – By far one of the most thorough chiropractors I have seen in Seattle. The exam was thorough and the chiropractic therapy was very good. I have a busy schedule and they did their best to make my schedule work with theirs. So far I am impressed with the service I have received at Lake Union Wellness.

Completely healed! – I went to Toni for deep tissue massage for acute tendinitis (computer overuse). I was in a lot of pain! I went to Toni for about six visits and after that time I was completely healed! One year later I am 100% pain free. Toni is very professional and personable. I have sent my husband there for back problems (wakeboard overuse) and they were able to heal his back as well.

Wow wish I found this place sooner – One problem with chiropractors that I have found. Once you realize it works and you have back problems they try to get you go 3 times a week. My back is a little messed up, but 3 times a week? Dr. Ted helped put a treatment plan together where I only have to go once a month and I still feel good. If I am in a lot of pain I move the appointment up sooner. So far his adjustments and techniques have been great.

Excellent Massage Therapy – I chose Lake Union Wellness due to proximity to where I work. I needed massage for a repetitive stress injury (numbness in my shoulder). They billed L&I so I didn't have to hassle with that. I had about 18 massages by Toni and was very satisfied. Toni is probably the most professional massage therapist I've ever seen, and I've had over 50 massages from various providers. She does a short interview at the beginning of each session. I love Lake Union Wellness – No more neck and back pain! I can finally roll around on the floor with my 20 month old baby boy!!! Dr. Steffen and the staff at Lake Union Wellness were so kind to me and assured me that they stay up to date with their chiropractic procedures. Lake Union Wellness seems very modern compared to other clinics. Dr. Steffen is easy to talk to and very knowledgable. I go there for massages, and the massage staff is terrific, I think they only hire the best. Also, the location is great, easy parking in South Lake Union. The space is nice too, with high lofty ceilings it feels nice to be there.
