Great patient focus, very considerate. From first to last there was no pain, and that continues to the present. I was pleased with the way the team worked together - efficiently, effectively, and professionally. My procedure included old crown removal, old filling removal, cavity repair, replacement of filling, molds for temp and permanent crowns, and installation of the temp crown. They were so gracious to get my child in at the last minute. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and we didn't feel rushed.
I had quite a bit of work down and was pleased with how professional everyone performs their job. Dr. Emily McIntosh is wonderful by explaining everything she will be doing and being gentle.
Was an excellent experience. It had been years since I had been in for a cleaning and was dreading it. Fallon took her time and was very gentle.
The visit was better than I expected; all the staff were friendly and especially Fallon, who provided hygienist services and dental examination. They team displayed a genuine interest in my needs and care, by explaining everything, after taking necessary photos of my problem areas. I would definitely recommend this Dentistry Practice to all.
I love the staff at Madison Family Dentistry. Everyone is so kind. Yesterday we had our scheduled 6 month cleanings for my 5 year old & myself. I had to bring my 3 month old son as well. Halfway through the X-rays my son starts crying. Everyone was so helpful. My hygienist even cleaned my teeth while I held my son. I am very thankful they were so helpful & understanding!
Very professional staff. Take the time to do things right. Very concerned with patient comfort. Thoroughly explain all procedures.
