I'm coming back almost a year after I bought my dress to write this review--better late than never! I had the best experience at Madison Carolina. The shop was recommended to me by a coworker, and I'm so glad I made an appointment. Madison Carolina was the first stop of the day. I was assisted by Jacklin. I had Taylor as my styling assistant and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She challenged me to try on different styles to make sure I was certain of what I wanted. She was so encouraging and made me feel so incredibly confident and comfortable. I would tell anyone to check out Madison Carolina Bridal because even if they don’t find their dream dress they will have a fun and exciting experience. I’m so happy I was able to find my dream dress here!!

We booked a VIP appointment and had an INCREDIBLE TIME! Alissa is who helped me and she was incredible. Sooo patient and caring. Our appointment was for an hour and a half and we were there for a little over 2 hours..she reassured me that she was more concerned about me finding my dress than our appointment time. It was very sweet and exactly what I needed. The environment was very calm and inviting. Not overwhelming like other bridal shops. It was a wonderful experience.
