First spot to visit since covid and we were very satisfied and comfortable with how everything ran... Staff very accommodating and friendly. Even outside of hotel , the shops in town every where we went , things were handled very well ... No complaints at all.

We frequent the restaurant which is wonderful. The menu has many great choices and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The one thing that could be improved is the service. They tend to be a bit slow and somewhat disorganized, but the staff is lovely, and tries to be attentive.
Our first time venturing out since quarantine. Felt completely comfortable with all the precautions at the hotel. Wonderful weekend, beautiful huge suite, accomodating staff, amazing balcony view, delicious sunset dinner on the porch. Relaxed on the beach all weekend. A++!! Can't wait to come back!!

Awesome sunset & food. We returned for our one year wedding anniversary. We had our wedding reception at the Madison in the upstairs ballroom, it was beautiful. We did want to stay for our anniversary for the night but we were rejected because of the 3 night minimum. This was kinda disappointing considering the amount of money we spent last year plus taking the drive back up there just to have dinner ... I thought there should be some exceptions to that rule (and during a pandemic lol).
I went to the restaurant they have on the 1st floor. We were a party of 6. None of the staff directed us on how to get into the restaurant, we had to figure out on our own where to go and what doors to use—all while we we’re trying to get my grandmother who is extremely elderly to a seat. She’s 90. When we got inside there was no hostess and nobody could tell us where one was—finally we found the hostess who said that we had entered the wrong way and needed to go back and enter thru some other entrance. Great hotel to have a nice and quiet weekend. My room had a big balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or read a book in the end of the day.
