We had a fabulous view of the beach from our room. The hotel staff was lovely I asked for a few things and they were addressed very quickly. We have been in Madison for many years but this was our first stay at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again
The food has gotten much better over the course of the last year or 2. Customer service was great! Amazing view and has a nice shoreline area to walk around after eating lunch. Valet parking is a plus.
Beautiful setting, excellent food, average service. Only complaint- when the waitress told of this amazing surf and turf special she did mention the price- I know I should have asked but figured the price would be in line with other entrees on menu which max was $30. When the bill came the special was $58! The food was excellent but I just wasn't expecting a special to be twice the next most expensive item on the regular menu. 😕
Took my daughter here to celebrate her 15th birthday - so beautiful and peaceful
On the recommendation of a friend, I brought my cousin for Brunch yesterday and the Madison did not dissapoint!Is it a pricey brunch, yes, but the food was spectacular, view was breathtaking, and the staff accomdating and friendly - a special shout out to Jolene, Brad, and the chef manning the omlette station (whose name, I am ashamed to say escapes me that this moment). They, and the rest of the staff we encountered, made the day special for us. We will be back!
Stopped here for birthday drinks with several friends. The grounds are beautiful! Our bartender, Jeremy, was entertaining, fun, and super attentive! We'll visit again, I'm sure.
