Cannot speak to how well they do there with hair as I couldn't even get to that point. SO all I have to go off of is lacking in customer service in being able to schedule an appointment or even having them call me back. In short I was not able to schedule an appointment... I just keep getting the run around to call back, when I had already called in and left name and number and was told I would get a call back. This is where I get my hair done, massages, and recently my toes. Love the service and Kristel does a great job doing my hair!
I enjoy having my hair cut by Tera Lang & being pampered by her. She is so efficient! She has many wonderful qualities, & a terrific personally!
My husband and I go to Madison Avenue Salon...and we are very pleased each time we go! We love our stylist... Kristel, she is excellent! All the ladies are warm and friendly, and it is a great atmosphere, so we just relax and enjoy being pampered! :)
