Jim and his team provide great service and really are there for you. They have treated both us and our vehicles well. I love that they are so close to us in North Portland and that they stay open later in the evening. I remember showing up at 5PM one evening and they stayed to fix a broken Y connector on my cooling system so I could get to work the next day.
Madison's Automotive has been great and up front with me, on everything with my car. My first experience was awesome, lost power in my car. Come to find out it was the throttle box and a new one would be close to $1700.00, he must have known that it was a lot of money for me at the time. Jim offered to clean the throttle box really well and let me know that it could last 4 hrs, a week or 4 yrs. My car is doing great and it costed me a couple hundred. Had a road trip planned and last minute decided to take truck in for oil change. Madison got us in first thing in the morning- hand delivered a tire to les schwab that had a screw in it to be fixed while he was working on the truck. Then found out we needed new front and rear brakes so he stayed after closing to make sure our truck was safe and ready for the trip!! Thank you!
