I had a hitch installed last summer and the initial installation was done incorrectly so i had to return to have it fixed. Only the second time I used it, it didn't work and now I'm back for a third time. Each time they made we wait hours longer than they had initially estimated. I've had to speak to the owner, Ron, several times. Each time he's been argumentative, condescending and less than honest. Do not take your business here. I hope it's the last time I have to interact with them.

Their website has the best prices online. I bought 3 items for my Tahoe 3 different times now. Each time I had the part in 1 day with no shipping fees. I will buy again.

I took my husbands truck there as a surprise birthday present to get a spray in bedliner, bed cover and detailed. My first experience was great as their price beat anyone else in town and there service was very friendly. It was great to deal with the owner himself (Ron) at a business as I felt like he really cared what a great job his guys did for me. I'll be going back again next time we need something or need our truck cleaned again. Thanks guys!

I bought my Dodge Ram 2 years ago and have bought everything I have added to it at MAT. I also get my truck washed there about once a month. There pricing is always lower than anywhere else. The best part about this place is the service though. Tim and his dad Ron are the best guys to deal with! I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

I just took advantage of there $98 special on full vehicle detailing. I cannot believe how great my van looks. I have a caravan and hall 3 kids around all the time I was even nervous taking it somewhere. These guys were so nice to deal with and my van actually looks as good as the day we bought it. Thanks again guys for the great job and the great coupon! I will back the next time it needs it.

I own a local business in Madison and we've relied on madison auto trim to clean our plow trucks and sales cars. The plow trucks go in super dirty and we get them back like new. They get us in right away and always go out of their way to do the best job possible. Great guys to do business with!

Great customer Service!!! Don't go anywhere else. These guys are the best to deal with. I have been going there for several years for detailing and all the accessories for my work trucks. These guys are always honest to deal with and their prices are the best in town. If I went back into MAT with used floor mats 4 months later I would not expect them to give me my money back.
