If stress free renting is what you are after, don't live here. Been here since 2018 and the management has gone down in quality and customer relations for the past 3 years. I do not recommend living here. Seven Trails is only good as a cut through for traffic.
I recently applied to this apartment community and have had the most seamless experience throughout the entire process, thanks to Elley in the front office. From the very beginning, Elley has been incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Do not move in here! I have been here for 9 years and should have left long before this. I have had water due to a leaky window. They "fixed it" by loading up the outside with caulk. And caulk is the only thing holding it in place! The AC has never been right. There is currently a leak that was never addressed when found last summer. Can it really be cheaper to keep filling it with freon than to replace it with a working unit?? Whoever moves into 126A beware of black mold in the bathroom ceiling.
