Do not move in here! I have been here for 9 years and should have left long before this. I have had water due to a leaky window. They "fixed it" by loading up the outside with caulk. And caulk is the only thing holding it in place! The AC has never been right. There is currently a leak that was never addressed when found last summer. Can it really be cheaper to keep filling it with freon than to replace it with a working unit?? Whoever moves into 126A beware of black mold in the bathroom ceiling.
