The worst apt I’ve ever lived in. The pool is always closed, there is loud music in some units, maintenance takes forever and management is not responsive to emails sent or voicemails left.

The day we moved in there were no hot water for 2¹/2 weeks & no remedy to satisfy the inconvenience as tenants. They would be expecting full rent for partial service, but if not eviction notice would be filed.

This apartment complex removes all negative reviews from their website. I tried to post one several times and it would not allow me to. They think people are stupid and cannot figure that out. When I moved in almost two years ago, I REALLY worked hard to overcome my anxiety I felt after I read all of the horrible reviews about this property. I mean, there were A LOT! So I suppose now the Anthony's solution is to just DELETE all bad reviews so nobody can see them. How is that allowed? They will nickel and dime you to death. T... read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've lived here for 2 years now and have had problems since! First the gate has been broken since after a month of me moving here. It has never been fixed or even attempted to be fixed. 2nd they are SCAMMERS!! Always trying to pull a fast one and get extra money out of me. 3rd work orders take FOREVER to get resolved! It's been a month and I'm still waiting for my sink bathtub and my sons toilet to be fixed. Their toilet keeps running and my water bill is going to be so high. apartment. There are so many complaints i have to speak about and at this point it's unacceptable. When me and my spouse first moved in the apartment was not ready to be moved into. Nothing was properly done cleaning was horrible. I also have pictures of everything when We first moved in. The communication is horrible here we put in work orders in we have people doing half of there job I have pictures of before and after there was no difference. First let me say this DO NOT MOVE HERE. The pictures they posted on their website can be very deceiving it may look all nice and everything until you are given the keys to the apartment. I have requested many times to look at the apartment unit before the move in date, but they have always deny saying they that the unit needs to be cleaned. That was a lie. There was some dead bugs and active ones crawling around. There was a pipe from the ceiling in the bathtub that was leaking as well under the sink that has down some damag... read more

Going on 3 months with a bad ac they have been out 3 times to fix still not working right now it's over 100 degrees and the apartment is too hot to be in the office told me there are other things in front of me before they can get to it

The security guards is horrible here and the ones in the morning shifts always trying to fight the people that stay here. and they need to do something about because I will be calling the head people over y'all.

Do not move here unless you have no other options. If, you prefer ghetto living, then this is your place. They look nice on the outside but looks can be deceiving. The property is run down. Management has told me and other residents that they do not care about the property because they have enough going on in their own personal lives. They will rent you an apartment that is not up to code just to keep the complex filled with tenants. They want their salaries without decent and proper customer care.
