I was in the process of switching my animals to this vet over the holiday season. They saved my cats life today when he suddenly couldn’t breathe. I rushed him over and they took him back immediately and put him on oxygen. Their dr wasn’t at the office and instead of keeping us there and hoping he’d survive, they called around and found me an emergency clinic to get him to ASAP. They saved my cats life. I am forever grateful.
Very caring staff. Dr. Racelis is wonderful. My cats and dogs have different personalities and reactions to vet visit and everyone here does all they can to cater to each individual pet.
Love the friendly and professional staff here. First my 10 yr old sibling rescues didn’t shake in fear at a vet.
They are super friendly and so kind! I was looking for a new vet as we just moved back to Madison! And I’m very pleased with them and so is Maddox! He even got a personal massage from the doctor! This is by far a wonderful place!!! And the staff is very friendly and nice.
