Never received a bill from them. Received a letter from a debt collector for a minuscule amount instead. This company should Fire their billing department and start over.
Unlike others, I did receive a bill in the mail (if they texted me, I must have blocked it as spam), but it's late August, and I had surgery in November of last year. Was sure it was a scam when I received the bill.
Horrible billing process! They sent me links through my mobile phone to access my account. Fearfully clicking the link, it sends me to a 3rd party company that gave me no assurance that I wasn’t handing my money over to a scammer. I was convinced it was a scamming text. Never received a paper bill, an email or phone call… they just sent directly to a bill collector. The bill collector had no problem sending me a paper bill in the mail. Disgusting business practices. Sent debt collections to my MOTHER 6 months after my surgery despite never receiving any bill through MyUnityPoint or the mail.
