I am extremely pleased with the care and concern she displays. She explains my condition and Instructions for taking my meds very well and always answers my questions. My wait time is always great and I get in and out of my appointment in a very timely manner.
She is an awesome doctor, listens to your issues and explains everything along with answering your questions.
She spends time listening to your symptoms and clearly communicates with each patient.
I've been Dr. Arora's patient for 13+ years. She is an attentive listener, and I never feel like I'm asking a stupid question. She doesn't just settle for the most convenient treatment. She truly desires the treatment that suits you best. Yes, it does take awhile to get in for your first appointment, but it is worth the wait. And once you're in, you're in. Her staff is off-the-charts friendly. I never dread going in for my appointments. In fact, I admit that often I look forward to it.
It took a bit to get in for the 1st appointment but once you're a patient, it's easy to get in for your follow ups. She is a very patient doctor. I'm a newer patient so I've only been there about 4 or 5 times, but she encourages questions and has never made me feel rushed or in a hurry to get out. And all the staff are equally helpful and friendly.
