Awful costumer service. If you have warranty with them, they will do everything in their power to not come and fix your roof. I had to deal with them for 2 weeks and they still have not gotten anyone to come and fix the roof. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and stress and just look for a different company
Greg was amazing to deal with in the process, documentation and all questions answered. Jules was on site when the roof was being done - it was quite a job, removal of metal and then removal of previous tar and gravel on my flat roof. Job was completed on time, even with weather and with the new roof, my heating bill even came down being done properly. Solana was great to work with regarding the billings. They did an excellent job with my house and garage. From the estimator to the crew I couldn't be more pleased. In areas of my roof, wood was exposed so they fit me in as soon as they could. What a relief to not be worried every time it rains.
