Very unprofessional experience. I initially emailed them asking if they could assist with a case. I missed their first reply and followed up politely by email to double-check. Instead of a helpful response, I received a call from their office telling me to stop calling, emailing, and even referring people to them, with the biggest attitude. Be careful when reaching out, apparently following up is considered a problem.
