Bought a used truck here a month ago. There were some damages to the interior which they agree to fix. They have yet to complete all the repairs. They have tried to cut corners at every turn. Actually telling me they’d match the leather “as best as they can”. No one returns calls or messages. No one can make any decisions. The management staff have been rude and dismissive. I simply cannot believe that I would get this level of service from a Factory ford dealer. Do not buy anything from this dealer.
