By far the worst hospital in the valley. The social worker named Janice is a horrible incompetent person. Very rude and unprofessional. This place needs to be shut down for good
Worst service ever. An older women with glasses was so rude, didn’t greet me when I arrived and prior asking if I was able to do X-rays for my upcoming appt on Monday and the front desk workers at the main hospital called and said yes I can get them done at the ER and she denied didn’t even ask anyone to confirm
Came in today due to abdominal pain. Pain was bearable at times, but when it wasn’t it was tough. Once I was checked in and seen in an emergency room, the nurses were awesome and took care of me asap. They provided the necessary meds and provided a blanket for comfort. I strongly believe the hospital needs to improve in the check in area. It’s one person receiving your info, one person taking your vitals, and the wait to be seen in the ER is slow.
