I hope people read these reviews as they are acurate in her office staffs rudeness. My doctor gave her a referal and I heard nothing so I called her office girl was very rude and told me I should not have called and not to call there again that they would call me however it has been a week and no return call even my doctor who referred me could not get them to pick up nor did they return their call. Very unprofessional and the rudeness of her staff I wouldn't go there if they now called back. I certainly think the doctor sho... read more
The chairs are so low that when my father sat down he hit his head on the wall. Although my father is the patient, the doctor only looked at me. When I noticed this I looked at my father so the doctor would also look at my father. She bent over and put her face into my face. I said, “Please look at my father he is the patient.” She may know medicine, but she has no idea how to talk respectfully to her patients
Dr. Madera was very thorough in her examination of me and my medical history, and I am hopeful her recommendations will be helpful.
I liked Dr Madeira but communication was a little difficult. The woman at check in, who was responsible for printing out blood sugars, extremely rude. Set a very negative tone, and got on my case inappropriately. The CNA was a unfriendly also. Too bad, Dr Madeira needs new staff.
I hope the Doctor is reading her reviews. I wish I could review the actual doctor but until the staff returns my calls, 2 weeks now, I can't. The one call I did receive back was from someone very rude who basically said appointments weren't being scheduled until the end of July and hinted find somewhere else to go.
I have made 3 phone calls to try to set up an appointment, no calls have been answered or returned. I've heard she is a good Doctor but if I can't get in touch with her that is no help to me. She came highly recommended from my old Doctor, I wonder if she is aware that her calls go unanswered and are not returned.
Dr. Madera is a concerned, and engaging physician that cares about and for her patients. Never faulting, Scolding, or critical. Very supporting and encouraging.
HORRIBLE STAFF. Cant understand how it is OK to yell at patients through the window and laugh at them in front of other patients. This is the problem with a monopoly. Staff said they called several times to rearrange appointment. No messages was ever received. Letter that was sent said nothing about rescheduling, only call about test results. Which I did and never got a return call. WHAT IS YOUR STAFF DOING? I guess the staff can only use the PORTAL when its convenient for them? Not a
Terrible doctor and worst staff. Don't even want to write about them because I'm too disgusted with the treatment my Mother got from these people. Stay as far away as possible from these people.
