We moved into Madera 8 yrs ago & we live living here. Have not had any issues with maintenance getting done in a timely manner & the guys are always very courteous & nice. I do have to say we have had quite a few Mgrs in our 8 yr here, but the new one we have now Aaron, is really a nice guy & really on the ball getting things done on property, everything is looking great & we do really appreciate it. Thanks so much!
Madera is a great complex! I lived there for 4 years. When I called there and needed something Tyler Condie was always very helpful and efficient.
Tyler is amazing tour was awesome, above and beyond. Property was beautiful
I'm Really happy I moved into Madera Apartments. I was in between two different complexes to move in, when I came in for a tour I was greeted by Tyler and honestly he is the main reason I liked the apartments so much. It’s not just about the location but also the professionalism and kindness of everyone in the office. Especially Tyler, he was very nice and personable during the tour, he was able to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns I had.
