Manny took care of everything.
I’ve lived here for over two years, and the maintenance staff is great! Manny in particular just helped out big time replacing our dishwasher. Great staff.

They mistakenly added my name to a lease? 😉 Well, now there’s a collection from National Credit Systems on my credit report, supposedly from Madera Apartments, with the original debt dating back to 2020. How is that even possible?
I was at Madera for 13 months. The approval/move-in process was quick and easy. It's a safe, well-maintained, quiet community where you're given your own designated parking spot. It's also in a great location, being very close to Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Casino, or if you need to get on the 215 beltway. I had very little in the way of problems, and what there was of it was taken care of very quickly.
