I visited Madera on 9-19-25 in order to tour their property, and see if it would be a good fit. I probably should have rescheduled, because I'd had a tooth extracted and my mood wasn't the greatest. Thankfully, Tyler, who manned the front desk, was able to talk me down off the ledge and escorted me to the apartment I viewed online. He was very kind and courteous, and answered all of my questions with skills and knowledge of the property. He deserves a promotion
Ian was a wonderful person to work with he got us set up and found ways to make our move in easier. Madera has been a wonderful experience for us. Thank you Ian!
