RecommendedI’ve lived in 4 student living apts and Madera is by far the best. The apartments are the biggest in size and cheapest for what you get. Their shuttle adapts to your schedule and the front office is great. Would definitely recommend for all UTSA students
Worst apartment complex ever that takes your money do NOT sign a lease here.
Since day one of my daughter and her room mate moving in this year, their dryer has not worked. They have drainage issues in the bathroom, and they do not have cable still. We have addressed these issues with the people who work there, and we've been told that both of the maintenance workers were sick. It's been over a week and nothing has been fixed or even looked at.
