That "front desk" lady is beyond rude for no reason. Is like you're asking for a favor instead of paying for a service. If you can't have a better attitude, do not work in businesses like these.

Steer clear. My husband did his taxes with them last year and she forgot to file them. The daughter is beyond rude and nasty. Her attitude is beyond arrogant. Matches her though. Madelyn just honestly doesn’t know what she is doing. I got a letter in the mail stating I owe the irs 300 dollars for a w2 I gave her and she didn’t report. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DEAL WITH MISS GROUCH AND NEGATIVE PATTY AT THE FRONT DESK. Save your patience and go to real professionals. REVIEW WELL EARNED!

Excellent Person, hard-working and very helpful, not only in how dedicated but also how informative these are, every year I learn more things Thanks to Mrs. Madelyn and Family. It represents our Hispanic culture in all its extension. My wife and I felt at home when we visited. 👍👍👍🙏🏼
