SHE HAS BEEN MY DR SINCE MAY 2011 SHE IS A GREAT DR I LOVE HER SHE IS CARING AND LISTEN TO ALL YOUR CONCERNS AND TAKES HER TIME WITH YOU NOT RUSHING LIKE OTHER DR AND HER STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND HER OFFICE NICE CLEAN BEAUTIFUL I WILL NEVER CHANGE HER FOR NO ONE ELSE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER I WISH THEY HAD MORE THAN 5 STARS ILL GIVE HER A 10 OR MORE ????
I love Dr. Madelyn Paredes she is great BUT her staff is terrible. Every time I call I get placed on hold for 15 minutes or more. I eventually hang up and call again and when I leave a message I never receive a return call. The doctor's office I have switched to has sent a records request four times and haven't received my records yet. I have told Dr. Paredes before about the phones not getting answered.
I would definitely recommend Dr Madelyn she is professional and caring unfortunately I could not say the same regarding some of her office staff I can’t seems to be easier than I’ll try which is not what a patient that is already dealing with medical issues needs to hear I will recommend they go to a customer service seminar Disney world offer those seminars....should consider trying....after all is the patient that keeps the office staff gainfully employed

Both of the Dr. Paredes' - Manuel and Madelyn - are great doctors who take time to listen and properly diagnose/treat you, though Manuel is my primary doctor. I also like how they changed up their staff a bit recently, for the better! Dr. Madelyn Paredes since the start was very friendly and took time to listen each visit without rushing me. I hope to continue seeing Dr. Paredes for the foreseeable future! I'd highly recommend her.
alled in to make an annual appt. Staff couldn't find my record! Two ladies tried to find my records and couldn't. They both laughed and starte that MB someone out there info in wrong!? How do you lose electronic records?! How do you just laugh it off?! I work in the medical field, EMR are backed up, no way to just accidentally delete records. This place, EVERY time I call, puts me in hold, in upwards of 15 mins. I eventually just hang up. Called for three business days to make this appt

Yo soy paciente de la Doctora, su trato es excelente, cuando voy realmente me aclara todas mis dudas, no la cambio por nadie y nunca tiene apuro. Realmente la recomiendo a todos.
