I have had plenty of items repaired here over the years and I highly recommend their services. It's the only place I feel comfortable leaving my 100 year old Victorian engagement ring. A super fun touch is the kids "treasure chest" where little ones can dig through and fill a goodie bag with sparkly things. Their collection of jewelry is eclectic and they have a wide assortment of styles for every taste and budget.
They did an amazing job fixing a broken necklace while I waited.

My partner and I came in today to browse some engagement rings for ideas and the attendant behind the counter was super enthusiastic about showing us some, it was very sweet of her! I would like to recount an experience that occurred to my friend and me at this establishment on Tuesday, the second, at approximately 5:30 PM. My friend and I were there to have a ring, a gift from her mother, repaired. Upon entering the store, a gentleman was present; he did not acknowledge our greetings.
