Really great ring selection and helpful staff! I picked out my wedding band here and I love the design. There’s a lot of unique options to pick from compared to a lot of the other jewellers we’ve looked at. Have yet to go through the actual process of getting my ring made but I’m assuming it’ll all be similarly positive. UPDATE: I got my ring and everything was great! The designer Jilian Maddin did an awesome job and was extremely communicative and prompt with it. Overall very satisfied with my experience here.
At the recommendation of another jeweler in the city, I went to Made You Look to restore a pair of faux pearl earrings I inherited from a well-loved relative. Their communication throughout the process was top-tier when it came to discussing realistic options & pricing once I dropped off the earrings. This shop is amazing, they are very friendly and I couldn't recommend these guys more, especially Peter. If you ever need faceting done, he's the best man for the job. Thank you so much for crafting this beautiful piece, it will definitely make people look.
I’ve had a fantastic experience with them:) Came to them off a suggestion from a mate, to have my gold rings re-plated, they were kind and my rings came out beautiful with a very quick and fair turn around! Will definitely come back to them again!
