I would like to recount an experience that occurred to my friend and me at this establishment on Tuesday, the second, at approximately 5:30 PM. My friend and I were there to have a ring, a gift from her mother, repaired. Upon entering the store, a gentleman was present; he did not acknowledge our greetings. Furthermore, throughout our time there, this individual, who had blond hair and was wearing a tank top, made several side comments. Amazing experience getting my engagement ring resized here! From the minute we walked in, Dani was super helpful. We dropped off the ring to have Ellen, the goldsmith, resize it and it was ready in just over a week. I was over the moon when I saw what a stunning job she did. Now the ring fits me perfectly and you can’t even tell where the band was adjusted. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely go to them first for any future jewelry needs!
Big thanks to Made You Look and especially Deborah Lavery. When some of the stones in my ring kept falling out, she didn't just fix my engagement ring, she literally remade it at no cost to me. An artist who makes gorgeous pieces and stands behind her work to boot!

I took my elderly mother here to have her wedding band removed that had been stuck on her finger for decades. Her joint had expanded to the point the ring wouldn't be able to fit over it at all, so it had to be cut off. We were greeted by several friendly staff members upon arrival. Spencer did the ring removal and did a great job. It only took him a few minutes to get the ring off and with as little damage as possible to it and no discomfort to my mother.
