I took my elderly mother here to have her wedding band removed that had been stuck on her finger for decades. Her joint had expanded to the point the ring wouldn't be able to fit over it at all, so it had to be cut off. We were greeted by several friendly staff members upon arrival. Spencer did the ring removal and did a great job. It only took him a few minutes to get the ring off and with as little damage as possible to it and no discomfort to my mother. Uly was amazing to work with! He helped my fiancée and I resize our rings and he was very friendly and professional. We had to come back the following day because we realized we needed the rings resized even smaller and he assisted us right away. I would recommend him for any of your ring and jewelry needs as he is a highly experienced master of his craft.
