Amazing customer service! Took my engagement ring in to be plated and they had it complete and ready for pick up in one week. Lilah was super sweet and had great knowledge of different options for the look I was going for and was amazing with communication throughout the whole process. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone for custom work and their beautiful selections of jewellery. 10/10 staff

single worst experience of my life. my mom died. i brought them jewelery for appraisal. they trainwrecked it, then they told me i was wrong and i didnt understand jewelery. what i do understand is math, so if anyone can explain to me how 1 piece appraised twice, a week apart, with 2 different valuations on gold and its the same price??? Making mistakes is ok. to make someone grieving the loss of their mother feel that they have done something wrong rather than own your mistake is gross. i have more photos and emails to share... read more

After having a bitter taste in our mouth from a previous Toronto Jeweler, Made you Look was perfect. We randomly showed up on a Monday, spent about an hour looking for the right ring for my partner. The staff we dealt with were amazing, asked my partner a lot of questions about what she likes and wanted. Offered suggestions, really seemed to care.
