Made Rite Shades is a great local business with quality products and exceptional customer service. Lisa was wonderful to work with. She made sure we were totally happy with the final product. Owner Lisa Newman is a delight to work with, and the shades are really terrific. Our daily quality of life is improved by them, insulating our kitchen so it's cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, yet suffused with a lovely light. And the guarantee on the shade is impressive. One was made just slightly off-size, and within two weeks, Lisa had replaced it with one that was just perfect. It was great to deal with a local business that really comes through.
We had a wonderful experience at Made Rite Shades. Lisa’s professional guidance was invaluable. She came to our home for a site visit and helped us choose just the right shades for our porch and sitting room. We can’t say enough about Jim’s installation. Our older home had some obstacles to overcome and Jim worked diligently and graciously. The shades are beautiful and do the job of blocking the glare of the afternoon sun off the water while maintaining our view. Thanks!
