Absolutely horrible experience I wouldn't wish on anyone and I can't believe any contractor would want to work with them. They tell you you're getting a "Made" certified contractor but it's truly the bottom of the barrel. Half way through my reno, the work all had to be torn out down to the studs and redone. Made has been extremely disappointing throughout the past year working with them on 2 bathrooms. They made numerous mistakes in the design and procurement processes that in some cases were not corrected even after I pointed them out (i.e., there were several incorrect and missing parts and incorrect/misleading blueprints). This led to us or the GC having to order correct parts off of Amazon, which we now have to pursue reimbursement for, or to correct mistakes on the fly. I'm a contractor they owe money and arent responding . As a result I may have file a lien on the property which unfortunately isn't the customer's fault but by state law is my only recourse for getting paid. In addition I can say they are unorganized, unprofessional, uncommunicative and would highly recommend customers to stay away!
They said all materials were in their warehouse and lead time was 6-8 weeks. It's now been 6 months and we are just starting demolition. We have gone over 10k above budget and I talked to my "account manager" (I use that term very loosely) twice. I will never use this company again.
The showroom was amazing! I really enjoyed being able to see and feel the products. It's great to see how beautiful and high quality all of the products are! I also enjoy how easy they make the process of renovating my bathroom. The staff was very knowledgeable and amazing to work with!
