Outstanding in every way. Service (good old fashion customer service like there used to be everywhere), so lovely to engage with and the umbrella - just excellent. Well made and lovely. Could not recommend more!

We purchased 2 large umbrellas about 15 years ago from Made In The Shade that were in continual use. They have just been restored by Made In The Shade which means they will surely outlast any other umbrella available. The umbrella quality is superb and the restoration service of washing, rewaterproofing and renovation of timber embodies the ethos of extending long life use of materials that is unusual in the consumer world of today. In fact I know of no other small business to have done this. Thank you. Teena Wright
