Craig from Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning was exceptional! He provided excellent service and went above and beyond what was expected. The repair of my HVAC system was done in a timely and professional manner, and the technician himself was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.
Jim did a complete maintenance service and replaced the filter on our new furnace. He explained in detail what was needed and told us the benefits of having the one year service program. He is super will trained, courtesy and friendly. Wonderful asset to a quality company.

The technician was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the service we received. Glad to have heat again in our home. We just moved in, and while cleaning, I found out our air ducts were filthy, clotted with all kinds of junk inside. I found them on Google, and they were very courteous and detailed on the phone. Best of all, they were able to come out on the same day to do the job. James and his team texted me to let me know the arrival time and showed up on time. They performed a very detailed inspection and professional job. The price is reasonable. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
