Update: For two years in a row, the owner has maxed out the rent increase at 10%. I find this quite disappointing and not considerate of us residents. I realize it's a business, but when most only raise 3% or so, it does not sit well. For this, I am reducing my rating. The staff here is amazing, but the owner clearly has money as the #1 priority, for reasons only they know. Lived here for over a year. Best apartment complex I've lived in. It's quiet, management is helpful and nice. Any issues I've had with maintenance stuff has been remedied quickly. The units are very nice as well, well maintained and relatively new appliances. Highly recommend this place!
Lived here for almost 2 years and it was wonderful. Beautiful property, well taken care of, and timely service from the entire management team. They rarely have openings because everyone loves living here so much they don't want to move. Highly recommend!
