Please do not sign with this company. They will collect your application fees without a courtesy call to say the property is not unavailable. The hours say 9-4:30 but you can call all day and not speak to a real person until they decide to call you back days later. Terrible service, inconsiderate staff who don’t seem to be knowledgeable about their jobs.
