They won't do maintanance unless you withold payment. Then they claim you still owe a late fee even though THEY didn't follow thd lease agreement.
Rebecca was an amazing leasing agent, so kind and sweet! We were in a time crunch to get in an apartment since our lease at our other place was up, and all hours of the day she was working to help make it happen! I definitely recommend this company :)
I would give zero stars if it was an option. Do not move into these apartment buildings especially the Amsterdam, New York location. Nobody knows what’s going on with inside of their complexes. No on site managers just maintenance men that are out of the loop tenants pile up trash around dumpster, and throw out anything that would normally have to go to the dump instead of into a parking lot. I been living at maddalone apartment for almost 20 years, never had any issues with maintenance.when something was broken,I call or text maintenance they came right away to fix the issues.i never had problem with maddalone people or maintenance..and live in nice area.i give maddalone five stars
Maddalone & Associates, Inc. were so supportive with my move into one of their lovely homes. The employees are accommodating with any issue assuring a solution expeditiously. It’s been a year dealing with Maddalone & Associates, I wouldn’t have it any other way!
