They're are the worst landlords, actually slum lords they do absolutely as little as possible in the way of maintenance, the building at 11 Fremont st Gloversville is a disgusting, common area's are filthy, our ac went out in the summer it took them a week to respond, the furnace stopped and it's been 7 days without heat , they don't respond to calls, you get just a voice mail , but they want rent the 1st of every month, they're the definition of slum lords collecting rent and do nothing for tenants in the way of maintenance

It was smooth sailing with communication on leasing details of the apartment. Apartments are priced reasonably and they are easy to work with as to getting things on track! Rebecca and Dylan were a pleasure to meet and do the process with.🙂
