I been living at maddalone apartment for almost 20 years, never had any issues with maintenance.when something was broken,I call or text maintenance they came right away to fix the issues.i never had problem with maddalone people or maintenance..and live in nice area.i give maddalone five stars
My central air stopped working the tech was here the vet next day and did what he could to resolve the issue
