Terrible customer service – I'm downgrading my review because of a really bad service experience I had this evening. I ordered a dish which comes with a choice of tofu or pork. I ordered it with tofu this evening, and was dismayed to find that some of the other listed ingredients were missing (fish ball, crab). I asked the waitress what happened, and she informed me that the tofu version was vegetarian and didn't include them - this was not stated on the menu, nor was the word "vegetarian" used to imply it. Delicous food, wonderful place! – I love MADAM MAM's! I'm so glad there's one now closer on Westgate! Everything we've ever gotten there has been great! We eat there at least once a week! Great portion sizes - enough to share or take home for leftovers. The staff is really friendly and polite, the restaurant deocr is fun and whimsical! boys - don't be afraid of the pink! :) I love love love Madam Mam's! Best Thai in town!!!!! F3 and P34 are always a good way to go! :D
Not a place for Vegetarians – Madam Mam's has very limited vegetarian choices. It is best to avoid this place if you do not want fish sauce or meat/chicken broth in your food. The food we ordered was average. Sevings were small. Athough the restaurant was busy still there was no wait. Service was mixed.
