I'm a member of OrangeTheory, but stopped into MADabolic H Street to try a workout and loved it. It won't work to join as the location isn't as convenient as the Capitol Hill OrangeTheory, but here's my experience. 1) Check-In: You need a code to get into the basement, but luckily a member walked in at the same time and let me in. The coach introduced me to the workout and checked in on my throughout the 50 minutes.
