I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to Dr. Jen and Dr. Joe. I am not exaggerating when I say that they saved my chihuahua's life.
They gave my cat a medicine for an ear infection which caused her to go completely deaf. Another vet verified with me that the medication called osurnia should never be used on a cat because it is for dogs only and has never been tested on cats. He also called the manufacturing company and they verified it as well. When I called to tell Dr Maynard, Nikki was very rude to me and treated me like I was stupid. I am very happy to have found such a wonderful vet clinic for our dog! The staff is always friendly and happy to see our dog, Dr. Nikki Maynard goes above and beyond to calling us personally to keep us informed when it comes to Blazer and we couldn't be happier. I am so glad that she takes the extra time to explain procedures, and truly does everything possible to get to the root of the problem. I had an emergency situation with my dogs ear my regular vet couldn't get me in and recommend me to try mad river vet. They got me right in. I got excellent services from the whole staff thank you so much. I will go back Krista
