Set up an appointment with them only to get "We never had you ok record but we have you on record". I have a disc in my neck and only one working disc in my spine. It has been 4 years of me being put off from physical therapy and after their merge it has been worse. Only one physician. They only take "Emegencies" even though I was tossed around by their clinics before merging. All I got was a "Sorry, call your provider we only have 1 doctor". Called in February to schedule physical therapy, the soonest they could offer me was mid June, I did not complain or fuss. Come mid-June I am called one week prior to appointment and am informed they need to cancel my appointment and cannot reschedule me due to not having enough providers. Absolutely unprofessional and disheartening. I was post op and was discharged from physical therapy after ~3 months.
