The girl at the counter was sweet. The lab tech was considerate.
Phlebotomist Erika drew blood from me, a small-veined, left arm only patient who was dehydrated after fasting 18 hours. Even without this info, she determined a butterfly was needed, communicated what I should expect, and drew vials pain free. Her positive nature made this a pleasant experience. Congratulations to Mad River Laboratory for having Erika as a staff member on your team.
