Initially, I went with one of the home improvement stores package deal--water heater + install. The first installer that came out struck me as someone who did not know what he was doing so I terminated that project and went to another home improvement store with the same deal. I never heard from the installer nor was I able to reach him myself. So I turned to Angie's List and HomeAdviser and found Danny at MAD Renovations. Great experience... Water heater went out in the evening and they replaced on a holiday weekend without any up charge. Very professional and hard working. Would highly recommend and will use again.
Was quick, nice, and it was even cheaper then quoted. Looked for ways to save us money. We went out to get what he needed while he worked on the problem to save time. The installation went without a hitch and he even looked at a few other things in the house without a charge since they were quick fixes. Good, honest hardworker, and we'll definitely be using him again. Highly recommended.

Dan was quick, efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. He installed hot water tank and hauled old one away in 2.5 hours. What a deal! He installed a Rheem professional unit and the price was reasonable.
