I am a repeat customer. His 5sep14 work on the apartment was so good I had him come to my home on 12sep14 to replace a sink faucet. Again his work was excellent. At the apartment he re-screened a door, replaced broken glass in a door and in a LR window. He responds in a timely manner, he is efficient at his work, and his prices are very reasonable. He takes pay by check or cash. I recommend him highly.
We are out of state they helped repair a leak were very prompt and reasonable for a rental property
Danny repaired a wooden privacy fence that someone poorly installed years ago. His philosophy is to reuse, re-purpose and recycle which we greatly appreciated. He and his partner did an awesome job! His prices are very reasonable and fair! He likes restoring old homes, which is good to know since our house is 88 years old. We have already asked him to do other projects for us! You won't be disappointed with Mad Renovations!
