We are elderly and could not go out to shop for a sink, faucet and disposal to replace the ones we put in ourselves in 2009. Dan at MAD called first and came over, took a picture and went shopping. He installed it by himself and he not only does excellent work but he has good taste in products. Dan was excellent and exceeded my expectations. First he hauled away old appliance. Then he came back when delivery happened and was there to accept appliance at dock of building, unpacked it on dock and brought up to my unit. He rearranged his day around my delivery (3 hour window) so that he could accommodate my timing and installation needs. Highly recommend, very reliable and exceptional customer service. Dan was very responsive for a hot water heater replacement. His scheduling and turn-around time was very quick, his work quality was good, and his price was very good. I definitely would recommend him and plan to use him on future projects.
He showed up on time explained everything gave a reasonable price when job was finished cleaned up debris fixed my shower with new style fixture retired area,he repaired tub drain,repaired toilet valve and he did not break them bank saving me hundreds of dollars, he will be doing many more projects for me and I will be telling friends and family about this company
We worked with Dan from MAD Renovations on an electrical issue. He had by far the best price of anyone we talked to. He was friendly, timely, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and resolved our problem in less than a half an hour and also alerted us to a possible future problem. He fixed both problems for less than a third of the price that anyone else gave just to come out and diagnose. I'm definitely going to be saving this phone number and recommend to anyone who needs an electrician

I am a stickler for professionalism. Be on time or call when you can't be. Provide written estimates. Communicate issues and resolve them. Dan did all of that.
